Poland, City of Lodz, West Street. Old tenants in the centre of Lodz, Poland. The grey old buildings are usually abandoned but very often also partly reoccupied by homeless people. The city authorities want to demolish them, but the the city suffers unresolved property rights case. Many of the old properties have many owners who inherited some parts of the land or building.
