Lodz, Pomorska Street, Palace of City Credit Society (Towarzystwo Kredytowe Miejskie), built in 1878 - 81. The society owned and was placed in the building till 1939. In 1945 after Soviet take-over of the city the building was a headquarters of Red Army and finally given to the Medical Academy of Lodz (Institute of dentistry). Not renovated for decades, inappropriately used finally turned into ruin. The new owner did nothing so far.
